PROS: The living room has bright and open city views facing west. The bathroom and kitchen both have windows and have been renovated to maximize space. At nearly nine feet, the ceilings are high for a postwar building.
CONS: The apartment is right next to the elevator. Parking on the block can be scarce because of a nearby police precinct.
